RUBAE is the only large-scale exhibition of business aviation on the international level in Russia and CIS countries, which provides a unique chance to meet representatives of virtually all leading companies in this segment of global aviation: developers of aviation equipment, manufacturers, brokers, designers, providers of services, catering, maintenance, etc. in this segment – all at the same place. The exhibition is also visited by aviation authorities of Russia, executives of international unions and associations of business aviation.

The first in history RUBAE exhibition boasts good indicators: there is a total about 70 companies participating in it, representing a wide range of business directions in business aviation. Apart from manufacturers of planes and helicopters, RUBAE opens its gates to brokers, operators, airlines, providers of various services – from restaurants providing onboard services to studios that are ready to provide a unique covering of the cabin.

The total exhibition area of the closed RUBAE 2018 exposition is 5000 sq.m. about 20 aircraft of a variety of manufacturers are presented in the open area of the static exposition. These include Bombardier, Embraer, Dasot. We are pleased to note that not only modern aircrafts of foreign manufacturers represent the most interesting samples, but the production of the Russian aviation industry is also among them, first of all, Sukhoi Superjet 100.

RUBAE 2018 participants include leaders of not only the Russian, but also the world business aviation, including Cessna Aircraft, Bell Helicopter, Embraer, Bombardier Aerospace, Dassault Aviation, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, Beechcraft Corporation and many others. Situated within walking distance from the pavilion with stands makes the RUBAE static exposition in Vnukovo-3 a very effective platform for solving business matters, among them the deals involving acquisition of aircraft: traditionally, many guests of the exhibition are potential buyers.

Unlike former years, the exhibition was beneficiated with a highly topical congress program, including the following events that will take place on RUBAE 2018 platform in Vnukovo-3: ‘Digital Transformation in Business Aviation’, ‘Intelligent Platform for the Collection and Analysis of Operational Data’, ‘Business Aircraft Importation to EELI’. Highly professional congress program allows RUBAE attracting a wider audience, including representatives of the international business community, as well as to eventually become one of the leading global business aviation shows. Besides, upgrading of the exhibition format of RUBAE forms the main analytical and key dialogue platform for discussions and development of offers on the development of business aviation in Russia.

The Russian United Business Aviation Association (RUBAA) is one of the key organizers of the congress program of RUBAE 2018; it organizes a series of meetings with the leading branch experts in the framework of the exhibition and is gong to hold several events, among them topics of industry standards, audit, security, customs procedures, first of all.

‘We already have an experience of holding such events’, comments Anna Serezhkina, the executive director of RUBAA. ‘And I am personally very grateful to organizers of the exhibition for the invitation to new cooperation. This year we expand the format. For two days RUBAA will hold a series of events, each of them not longer than an hour. This will give visitors of the exhibition a chance to obtain useful information and not to waste time for communication with exhibitors. For me, one of the goals is the introduction of subjects that have never yet discussed in the similar events, as well as the engagement of experts that have never addressed such audience before. Maybe it’s a look into the future, but this is the prospect for further development.What topics shall we cover? We try to pick the subjects that are relevant and interesting to the industry peers. We will certainly talk about the market in general, about industry standards and audit, safety issues, customs procedures. We will invite an expert or several experts to each session. I hope that these will be not just lectures for the audience – we hope that participants will ask questions and make comments! We will arrange time for presentations of companies, first of all – RUBAA members’.

In turn, RUBAA association of the Organizing committee of RUBAE 2018 has a necessary resource and expertise for development of an interesting program, as well as means for the target audience coverage. Key topics of RUBAE 2018 congress program include aviation safety and quality management system, digital transformation (including digitalization of services) in business aviation, use of the foreign companies in the Russian commercial aviation, blockchain technology and the fourth industrial revolution, as well as other subjects.All in all, three days of  RUBAE 2018 exhibition will be highly topical, interesting and useful for all exhibitors and guests – there is no question about it!
