SJ-100 is not SSJ100

12 September 2023

So, on August 29, 2023, an event took place in Komsomolsk-on-Amur that marked the beginning of a new era of domestic aircraft construction – the first flight of the experimental SJ-100 aircraft, which is being developed by PJSC Yakovlev (part of the Rostec State Corporation UAC). This is a rather complex, multi-level and multi-vector system, the functionality of which in the future will largely depend on the quality of the manufacturer's provision of information and technical support to operators of domestic promising aircraft. Some elements of the system are already functioning, some are still in development. Realizing the importance and relevance of this development for the entire aviation industry of the country, we simply could not pass by this topic. However, we decided before presenting it to a wide audience of the AVIA.RU portal, first we ourselves understand this digital "web" in as much detail as possible, understand how it works, and only then tell you in more or less understandable language. That's what I'll try to do in this review. далее
