Association of Aero Engine Manufacturers (Russian acronym ASSAD) is a benevolent union of manufacturers and users of high-tech products (such as aero engines).

It claims it has among its members almost all of the world’s prominent developers and manufacturers of aero engines who share the view that the art of aero engines requires highest skills in development, manufacturing and maintaining safe operations of these world’s most complex and technically complicated propulsion systems.

Association of Aero Engine Manufacturers tries to coordinate work on meeting requirements (set by authorities and users) to aero engines over the whole span of their lifetime.
