S7 Airlines acquires new Boeing 737-800NG in oneworld alliance livery

On May 27th S7 Airlines, member of the global airline alliance oneworld, has introduced a new Boeing 737-800NG, executed in corporate style alliance.

In accordance with oneworld’s requirements, a part of airlines’ fleet must have the alliance’s livery. The fuselage of new Boeing 737-800NG is decorated with superscription “Member of oneworld” on the white background and logo of S7 Airlines.

The liner has been delivered to Globus airline (performs flights under the brand of S7 Airlines) under conditions of leasing directly from manufacturer’s site. It is the 42nd aircraft in S7 Airlines’ fleet.

The plane arrived at the airport just two days earlier from Boeing factory in Renton, and passed the customs clearance at Domodedovo.

The liner has 160 passenger seats: 12 seats in business-class and 148 – in economy class. The jet’s cabin is equipped with modern passenger chairs from Recaro, making the flight even more comfortable.

The new Boeing 737-800NG will be based at the Moscow Domodedovo airport and flies to the Russian cities: St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Sochi, Krasnodar, Norilsk, Yakutsk, Ulan-Ude and other cities in the route network S7 Airlines.
